Since his day back in Wild Rockets, Chef Gino has been taking inspiration from his favourite hunts from road stalls and traditional pasar malams, he has put together a menu featuring dishes reminiscing of our childhood favourite bites.

Gabriel is an advocate of utilising science to better understand food and its behaviour, thus enhancing flavours and the overall dining experience. He believes that bringing his technique, creativity, passion , and drive to the concept of Yakitori, paired with craft beer, wicked cocktails and wise liquors, will create an elevated but approachable experience not replicated anywhere else.

Diplomatico World Tournament 2013 Singapore winner, 24-year-old rising star Eugene Chua will be our resident master technician of liquid courage. Having served at various joints namely, Manor Cocktail Room, Bar Stories and Ah Sam Cold Drinks Store, Eugene will be bring his unique blend of classics versus modern cocktails. Come try a drink or two crafted by Eugene and share good tipples with good people.
